We started out having lots of people show us different houses. Lori was one but she was also helocal and avaliable. When often wanted to see houses on short notice and Lori was very quick to respond. We loved working with her and Steve.

I met Steve through Zillow contact. He was quick to respond EVERY time -- willing and even happy to show several properties! Steve was "on the ball" throughout the whole process! I know it's not the case, but Steve made us feel like we were his only clients! We felt important.
